Swimming Boy Bento

I had problem getting out of bed this morning, the rainy weather made things worse, I felt like just snuggling in bed. :P So it was great that I had a simple decor in mind today, it was still completed in time though I woke up late. :) And I found my ume somen as well, was worried the boys might reject the ume taste, so I cooked some last night for them to try. The boys loved it and said the noodles looks beautiful. :)

Bento for IT, in the box are pink somen, grilled wings, sausage, squid rings, strawberries and blueberries.

Bento for LT, same food as above.

Bento for IT's recess, in the box are pink somen, grilled wing, sausage, squid ring and grapes. I did not pack a box for LT today, don't want him to make a mess eating the pink somen in School. And he kept asking for a box again, ok, ok, Mummy hears you and will pack one for tomorrow. :)

I used an airtight box for School this time, reckon it will be easier for IT to pull the sauce into the box, rather than dipping the somen in the sauce. :)

Update: I did a tutorial on how to make the sasuage boys, check out here.

    1. Lol, Yenn, no problem, same slang like Singaporeans, with all the lah, lor. :) Oh, I almost wanted to take a photo of the sauce yesterday but was running late, so I did not take it out. I will do so next time I pack cold noodles. Sure, next week is their one week School break, so I'll try to take step by step pics of the boy n monkey. :)
