Little Red Riding Hood Bento

Another bento from their story books, this one is a classic. :) Little red riding hood is made out of quail eggs and crabstick. And the big bad wolf is made from nori and cheese. I've also used some of my new picks.

LT just made three little pigs puppets in School, complete with the three different types of houses as well. He loves performing for us. The boys have also been drawing their own comics these few days and it's quite interesting to read them, lol. :)

IT's bento, in the box are rice, grilled wings, broccoli, quail egg, strawberries and blueberries. There's no space to fit in the fruits and I did not want to change into another box, so I just packed them in a small pail. :P

LT's bento, same food as above. The broccoli bits on the rice is what I always do to his vegetables to make him eat them, cut them up into small bits and mixed with his rice. It's the only way to get him to eat his veggies, for now. :P

IT's bento for recess, in the box are butter/sugar bread, quail egg, grilled wing and grapes. I skipped LT's box for School today since he hates eggs, especially quail eggs!

Rice, buffalo wings and badly done spinach tamago for me. :) The wings are not as spicy as I like them to be, will have to add more cayenne pepper next time. :)

  1. Hi I noticed that you're using a pink bento box and in the background of the pictures there's a bow. Would this happen to be a charmykitty bento box? If it is, how has it managed up? I'm asking because I'm thinking of buying it. If you could tell me that would be great!! <3

    1. Cat, sorry to disappoint, but it's a My Melody box instead. Quality is very good, but portion will be a bit too big for one kid if you pack compactly. But if using one tier for each like my case, it's a little too small.
