Lemon Chiffon

It's a School holiday today, so I did not make any bentos. I baked a lemon chiffon cake for our tea-break today, I tweaked my orange chiffon cake recipe, because I have a lot of lemons in the fridge. I also tried out my new breadmaker, which I finally bought last night. Finally because I wanted to buy one since rather long ago. :)

My pan is a little too big for this recipe.

And my first loaf of bread from the breadmaker. Sun was setting when the bread was done, hate the indoor lighting. Going to try using some butterfly pea flower to colour the water before baking the bread tomorrow, hopefully the bread can turn out a nice blue colour and I can use it to make a smurf bento. :)
