I did not decorate IT's snack box today, brain's dead and I did not have time. I just added in a pick. I also forgot to take an individual picture of that box.

Muah Chee that I made for IT, super fast and easy to do. I used the Happy Call pan to do it, but a non-stick pan will work too. Below is the recipe I got from the Happy Call group, I just used normal cooking oil as I was rushing, it's fine too but shallot oil will make it more fragrant. :)
MUAH CHEE RECIPE
Ingredients:
1 cup glutinous rice flour
3/4 cup water
finely ground peanut
sugar
Method:
- Grease pan with shallot oil.
- Pour in pan and cook on low heat for 3 mins.
- Once it is cooked, roll together to form a lump.
- Remove and put to peanut/sugar coating, cut to bite size.
these are adorable :)
